Paulina Hefferan is a professional in the Fitness industry who has a passion for helping others reach their goals. With her creative training techniques, and nutritional knowledge Paulina has not only changed her life through fitness but also the lives of many others. Paulina was always into sports growing up, but never really understood the concept, "You can't out train a bad diet". Being bullied throughout school about her weight really gave her the drive to become the best version of herself.  After a couple months of hard work she lost 40 pounds. That is when Paulina realized that exercise and diet had not only transformed her body, but her mind as well.  She also finally understood that losing weight did not have to be uncomfortable or difficult. This was just the beginning of her journey.  Paulina is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience. Paulina's passion is being able to help women feel confident and love the skin they are in. She aspires to represent women who wish to reach their goals through living a healthy lifestyle with no restriction. Paulina believes that health and wellness is about finding a balance that is unique to each individual and that aesthetic improvement is only one of the many benefits that come from living a healthy lifestyle.
