This is a predesigned program to help women of all ages, sizes, and shapes lose weight and have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. 


A 12 Week Online Program designed specifically for women wanting to live and create a healthier lifestyle!  This program will not only help you shed weight,  but it will also teach you how to eat and exercise efficiently and effectively! With online coaching you will be held accountable with weekly checkins, weekly goal setting, and text support with Paulina.  This program is non restrictive, easy to follow, and will provide lasting results!  


How this Program Works:

Please fill out client questionnaire located on the Paulina Fitness Online Client Portal (password provided at checkout), and submit with before photos and picture of your weight on the scale. Please kindly allow 24-48 hours for Paulina to review. You have 3 months to start your coaching before it expires!
