Welcome to the Reset Society by Paulina Fitness App, and Paulina Fitness ("App"), created to support your wellness journey through expert-led workouts, nutrition guidance, and empowering community features. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information, along with your responsibilities as a user of the App.
1. User Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using the Reset Society by Paulina Fitness App or Paulina Fitness App, you agree to abide by this policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the Apps, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Privacy & Data Collection
a. Personal Information We Collect:
We may collect personal data including:
- Name
- Email address
- Age, gender, and fitness goals
- Device information
- Progress and activity logs
- Health data (optional and with your consent)
b. How We Use Your Information:
Your information is used to:
- Customize your experience
- Track fitness progress
- Provide coaching content
- Improve the App and user support
- Communicate updates, tips, or offers
c. Data Protection:
Your data is stored securely and never sold. We use encryption and follow industry standards to protect your information.
d. Data Retention:
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel or close your account, we will retain your general account data for up to 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. Health and fitness data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure. Payment and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
e. Data Deletion Requests:
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, email us at support@paulinafitness.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted. Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law, such as transaction records.
4. Third-Party Services
To operate the App and support our marketing efforts, we work with trusted third-party service providers including Stripe (payment processing), VidApp (app hosting and infrastructure), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Meta Pixel (advertising and retargeting), and Flodesk (email marketing), among others. These providers may access your data only to perform specific functions on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information. We do not sell your data to third parties. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable law.

As a member of Reset Society by Paulina Fitness and Paulina Fitness, you agree to:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial use only
- Be respectful in community features like comments or groups
- Not upload or share offensive, harmful, or misleading content
- Avoid attempting to hack or misuse the App or others’ accounts
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or removal.
11. Subscription & Payments
Reset Society by Paulina may offer paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Recurring payments based on your chosen plan
- Cancellation policies as outlined in the App
- No refunds for unused portions of your subscription unless required by law
12. Health Disclaimer
This App provides fitness and nutritional guidance but is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
13. Updates to Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify you through the App or email. Continued use of the App after updates means you agree to the revised policy.
