Reset Society by Paulina Fitness App, Paulina Fitness INC.

Welcome to Reset by Paulina — a space created by women, for women, to reset, recharge, and rise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and expectations for using the Reset by Paulina mobile app and related services (referred to here as the "App", "we", "our", or "us").

By joining our community and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If something doesn’t feel right to you, please review them carefully or reach out to us — we’re here to support you every step of the way.

1. Who We’re Here For

Reset Society by Paulina and Paulina Fitness is built for strong, real women who are ready to show up for themselves. To join us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Use the App for personal growth and wellness, not for commercial purposes;

  • Provide accurate, honest information about yourself.

 2. Your Reset Account

Your account is your space — your progress, your pace, your journey. You agree to:

  • Keep your login details private and secure;

  • Let us know right away if something seems off with your account;

  • Own your wellness journey with accountability and grace.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Reset Society by Paulina Fitness offers subscription-based access to premium content, including workouts, meal plans, meditations, and exclusive community features.
By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Allow recurring payments (monthly, quarterly, or annually);

  • Cancel through the platform where you subscribed (App Store or Google Play);

  • Understand that all payments are non-refundable at any given time.

Our hope is that you love Reset, but if it’s not the right fit, you can cancel anytime.

 

 

4. Wellness & Health Disclaimer

We are here to inspire and empower, but we’re not medical professionals. Always check in with your healthcare provider before starting a new workout or nutrition routine — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing health conditions.

By using the App, you acknowledge:

  • You’re participating at your own pace and risk;

  • You know your body best, and you can modify or pause anytime;

  • We’re not liable for injuries, health issues, or outcomes related to your use of the App.

5. Uplifting Community Guidelines

Reset by Paulina is a judgment-free zone. A safe, supportive space for every woman — all shapes, stages, and stories.

By engaging with our community, you agree to:

  • Be kind, respectful, and inclusive;

  • Avoid body-shaming, harassment, or negativity;

  • Celebrate progress, not perfection.

If content violates this vibe, we reserve the right to remove it or disable accounts that don’t align with our values.

6. Data Privacy & Protection (GDPR / CCPA Compliant)

We respect your privacy — always. We collect only what’s necessary to support your journey, and we protect it like we would our own.

a. What We Collect

  • Your name, email, age, preferences;

  • Fitness progress, engagement, and app usage;

  • Optional health or nutrition info (only with your consent).

b. How We Use It

  • To personalize your Reset experience;

  • To improve the app and coach you better;

  • To send helpful updates, tips, and offers (you can opt out any time).

c. Your Rights

If you're in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Access or delete your data;

  • Request corrections;

  • Opt out of emails or marketing;

  • Say “no thanks” to data sharing.

You’re in control. To request anything, just email us at [support@paulinafitness.com].

7. Respectful Use Only

Please don’t use Reset by Paulina to:

  • Break laws or harm others;

  • Upload offensive or unsafe content;

  • Hack, scrape, or abuse the App or community.

This is a space for healing and strength — not judgment or drama.

8. Termination

We hope you’ll stay for the long haul, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Endanger our community or platform;

  • Misuse content or access.

You can delete your account anytime in the App.

9. Legal Stuff & Limitations

To keep things clear:

  • Reset by Paulina or Paulina Fitness Inc. is not liable for any indirect or unexpected outcomes;

  • We don’t guarantee results — every journey is unique;

  • Use of the App is at your own risk.

  • Paulina Fitness INC is not liable for any given injuries, or even death. 

10. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Clause)

If an issue ever comes up, we’re here to resolve it respectfully.
But if we can’t fix it informally, both you and Reset by Paulina agree to:

  • Resolve it through binding arbitration (not court);

  • Waive the right to a jury trial;

  • Bring any claims as individuals (no class actions).

We’re all about finding peace — even in conflict.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [United States of America/California], regardless of where you’re joining us from. Local consumer protection laws may still apply to you.
